Connection with AWS Amazon
To check your network connection with AWS Amazon and pass this Amazon Web Services Network Test and send a screenshot with results to us: support@monosnap.com.

To check the connection:
1️⃣ Open the Terminal app as in the image below
2️⃣ Copy and paste the command below into the Command Prompt window:
ping api.monosnap.com
3️⃣ Press Enter key
4️⃣ Take a screenshot of the Terminal window with results
5️⃣ Attach the screenshot to your report
OS Windows
Follow these steps to check the connection:
1️⃣ Use WIN+R hotkey
2️⃣ Type cmd in the Run Command Box
3️⃣ Copy and paste the command below into the Command Prompt window:
ping api.monosnap.com
4️⃣ Press Enter key
5️⃣ Take a screenshot of the Command Prompt window with results
6️⃣ Attach the screenshot to your report
