The team owner can manage access to the files in the Monosnap cloud for each member. This option is available only on Commercial Plan and Enterprise Plan.

All files in the Monosnap Storage are public and available for everyone by link by default. However, the team owner can enable file viewing only for the team members or authorized users with specific domains.

Open access management settings

1️⃣ Use a Monosnap team owner account to log in
2️⃣ Go to Storage > Admin Center > Members

Privacy Settings window overview

In the Privacy Settings window, there are several types of viewing options:

1. Public - all files available for anyone by link
2. Private - all files available only for team members
3. Available for specific domains - files available for team members and all registered users from specified domains

✅ Apply to all members checkbox applies selected settings to a whole team.

User selection

The team owner can apply privacy settings for your team or each member separately.

To edit settings for one member, next to the member you'd like to assign use the ··· three dots icon > Edit privacy settings.

To edit settings for several members, select appropriate members and use the ··· three dots icon in the status bar > Edit privacy settings.

To edit settings for the whole team, there are two ways:

1. Use the checkbox in the status bar to select all members and open Privacy Settings window

2. In the Privacy Settings window, select Apply to all members checkbox

Viewing access for team members

To set up viewing access only for team members:

• Login to Monosnap Storage as a team owner
• Navigate to Admin center > Members
• Select appropriate members
• Use the ··· three dots icon in the status bar > Edit privacy settings
• Select Private

Now, selected members are marked as Private in the list. All files of these members are available for viewing only by team members.

Viewing access for specific domains

To set up viewing access only for team members:

• Login to Monosnap Storage as a team owner
• Navigate to Admin center > Members
• Select appropriate members
• Use the ··· three dots icon in the status bar > Edit privacy settings
• Select Available for specific domains
  
• Specify the domains

Now, selected members are marked as Custom in the list. All files of these members are available for viewing only by authorized users from specific domains.
