How to create a Monosnap team account?

A Monosnap team account is available on a Commercial Plan:

• One Monosnap license is for one user
• The team owner can invite and accept new members and remove members from the team. Learn more...
• Each member will receive separate storage 10, 50, 100, or 250 GB in Monosnap Storage and full access to Monosnap applications for macOS and OS Windows
• All members will have access to all external cloud services

To create a new team account:

1️⃣ Log in to your Monosnap account
⚠️ This account will be an administrator of the team

2️⃣ Go to the Pricing page

3️⃣ Select the Buy button on the card with Commercial Plan

4️⃣ In the Subscription popup, enter the required information:

1. Total Seats - Number of licenses in your team. One Monosnap license is for one user
2. Space per User - Each member will receive separate storage 10, 50, 100, or 250 GB in Monosnap Storage
3. Billing Cycle - Interval of time from the end of one billing statement date to the next billing statement date. You can select Monthly and Annual billing cycle

4. Credit Card Details
5. Billing Information - the address connected to a specific form of payment, which is typically a credit or debit card
6. Tax ID - A unique number used to identify your company in tax returns
7. Promo Code - A code that offers an additional discount
8. Summary - Detailed information about payment and selected plan

5️⃣ Select Subscribe button to finish

After successful subscription:

1. An invoice is sent to your email
