If you’re having trouble with the Monosnap app, you’ve come to the right place. Select your OS and follow the guide to tell us about the issue you’re experiencing:
Monosnap app for OS Windows and macOS
1️⃣ Launch Monosnap app
2️⃣ Open Monosnap’s main menu
3️⃣ Select option: Help > Contact Support... / Feedback…
4️⃣ In the opened window, leave your contact email address and message with the bug description.
ℹ️ Bug report “It doesn’t work!” is saying nothing. From this feedback, there is no way to know what the problem is, and the developer will need to spend a lot more time investigating. If possible, please provide a detailed description of the issue to speed up the process:
- Visual proof: videos or screenshots
- Actual vs. expected results
- Steps to reproduce or video
- Optional: Additional information that helps catch and fix the bug

6️⃣ Press Send button.

3️⃣ Go to Settings > Contact us tab
4️⃣ In the opened window, leave your contact email address and message with the bug report
5️⃣ Enable ✅ Attach Monosnap account info option
6️⃣ Enable ✅ Attach error logs and settings option
7️⃣ Press Send button
