If you need to restore your subscription or Monosnap account don't upgrade after payment in the App Store, try to complete these steps:
- Log out from the App Store.
Please don't skip this important step.
- Restart your Mac.
- Log in to the App Store.
- Open Monosnap Preferences > Account > Monosnap.
- Log out from Monosnap account.
- Press the Upgrade account button.
- In the opened window, press the Restore purchase button.
