If you need to restore your subscription or Monosnap account don't upgrade after payment in the App Store, try to complete these steps:
- Log out from the App Store.
⚠️ Please don't skip this important step ⚠️
- Restart your Mac
- Log in to the App Store
- Open Monosnap Preferences > Account > Monosnap
- Log out from Monosnap account
- Press the Upgrade account button
- In the opened window, press the Restore purchase button.
