Some Internet services still use IPv4 and don't assign public IPv6 addresses. If your Monosnap subscription doesn't connect and you can't upload files, please try to disable the IPv6 in the System Preferences:
- Go to System Preferences > Network.
- Select an active network adapter from the list.
- Click on the Advanced button.
- Open TCP/IP tab and select Configure IPv6: Off
- Click OK button.
- Restart your Mac.
