General. This Addition to Privacy Policy explains how Monosnap collects, uses, stores, processes and safeguards the information obtained from our users, visitors and partners (collectively, "You" or "User"). Also, it tells about your rights and choices with respect to your information. We care about your privacy and want to make sure you’re aware of your options to control your data on Monosnap. Please read this Addition to the Policy carefully to get our purposes for collecting and using information about you.
How Monosnap collects the information?
Account information. Monosnap account allows you to upload and store your files on the Monosnap cloud storage in a public way. For full experience and access to external services, we recommend creating a Monosnap account. After creating an account on the Monosnap, we collect the next data:
- Your nickname
- Contact information (your email)
- And other information you provide during registration
Your nickname will be available to all users by a link on the file page. You can always update this information in the Monosnap Storage > Settings > Account.
Your content. Monosnap allows saving files on your device and upload them to Monosnap storage or third-party services. All files may be uploaded to Monosnap storage or third-party services only after login into the service in the Monosnap app or extension settings. All files are uploaded to Monosnap storage or third-party services only manually by you by default. This means that Monosnap doesn't upload your files or backup copies without your knowledge.
1. If you save files via Monosnap on your device. We know nothing about this file and don't collect any information.
2. If you use Monosnap cloud storage, Monosnap collects and stores your uploaded files and information about files: filename, upload data, and a number of views. All this information about your files in the Monosnap storage will be available to all users by a link for downloading, copying, and adding to their own Monosnap account. All uploaded files to Monosnap storage are hidden from the search engines until you share or manually publish links on your files in third-parties services and websites. These files may be indexed by search engines and be republished on the Internet. You can always delete or edit your content in the Monosnap cloud storage.
3. If you use third-party services with Monosnap. Monosnap uploads files directly to the third-party or your own service, avoiding Monosnap servers. This means that Monosnap doesn't collect any information about these files. We recommend carefully learning the Terms and Privacy Policy of the third-party service that you use for file upload and store.

Communications. If you communicate with us via the Monosnap app, you send us information about your account and information about your device: operating system, Monosnap version, and hardware data. You may also send us Monosnap application logs with your settings, Monosnap application errors, and your activity in the Monosnap application, which can help us understand your issue, for example. We can receive this information only if you send feedback with logs. You can disable this option in the feedback preferences.
Device Information. We collect information about your device, including IP address, operating system, Monosnap's version, web browser type, language codes. We use this information to develop, test, improve, and customize the Monosnap interface for your device.
We place an anonymous unique identifier on the device of individuals that accesses to Monosnap service. This identifier isn't connected to your Monosnap account or any other data. This identifier helps to analyze how our service influences the customer experience and control license checking.
License checking. If you are using Monosnap service under free or non-commercial types of licenses. We will analyze information about the system environment to indicate corresponding to non-commercial usage. The corresponds to non-commercial usage is calculated in scores that define the usage purpose of the Service. Monosnap automatically analyses the system environment publicly available for all applications to determine corresponding to the non-commercial environment. The corresponds to the non-commercial environment is calculated in commercial scores that define the usage purpose of the Service. If the commercial score exceeds 1, the Monosnap system automatically adds the device to the review. This collected information isn’t attached to user accounts.
We don’t analyze the system environment if you are using commercial or enterprise plans.

If you think there is a mistake, and you are using the Service for non-commercial purposes, you may ask for a review of an automatic solution via the Support Services. We will analyze your request and provide information about the final decision.

Integrated services. You can elect to sign in or sign up to Monosnap account through a linked Networks (i.e., Facebook, Zoom).

If you elect to use Zoom account, we receive a certain profile and account information about you from Zoom. We collect only information and data only for user-facing functionality. The table below describes the processing of personal data:

Removing account. If you want to remove your Monosnap account, please contact us - support@monosnap.com. We'll confirm your identity and delete the account. When we delete the account, we delete all your account information and all your files in Monosnap cloud storage permanently.

We don't sell any of your information to anyone for any purposes, and we never will. We use all this information to run Monosnap and provide you better service.
